# Sample pickup and forwarding from Shenzhen

A supplier has a sample ready, but you need help receiving or collecting it in Shenzhen and arranging the next handover. We coordinate the agreed pickup, document visible condition and packaging, and help arrange forwarding.

## Scope and costs

Carrier acceptance and destination requirements must be checked for the specific item. Transit dates are estimates provided for the chosen route, not a guaranteed delivery promise.

## Will you test the sample?

The default record concerns visible condition and packaging. Functional testing, measurements and product compliance assessment are separate tasks with agreed methods and suitable expertise.

## Can you combine samples from several suppliers?

We can assess this after receiving supplier locations, sample details and timing. Do not send goods to an assumed warehouse address; receipt and storage arrangements must be confirmed first.

## Can I get the shipping price before pickup?

Provide the destination, item details, dimensions and weight. A final carrier quote may depend on measured chargeable weight and acceptance of the item.
