# Contact your China supplier in Chinese

You have a supplier name or product link, but need clearer answers before deciding what to do next. Shenzhen-based founder Fangsheng He coordinates Chinese-language supplier contact and a written report for overseas buyers.

Start here when a supplier has not answered your questions, when replies are difficult to compare, or when you need to confirm willingness to provide a sample or supporting documents. Share your existing lead; finding new suppliers is a separate scope.

## What you receive

## What to send before a quote

- Company name, product URL and any existing business contact.
- Product specification, intended quantity and target destination.
- Your questions about MOQ, sample cost, lead time and payment terms.
- Deadline, preferred report language and any previous correspondence.

## How the task works

- Agree the supplier, question list, attempt limit and reporting deadline.
- Contact the supplier in Chinese and record responses and missing answers.
- Deliver the contact log and separate confirmed observations from claims.

## Scope and costs

The service fee covers the agreed contact and reporting work. Site visits, samples, translation specialists and third-party checks are quoted separately. Supplier replies cannot be guaranteed; agree in advance what is delivered if there is no response.

## Does this verify that a supplier is legitimate?

It helps collect and organize information. A contact log is not a legal due-diligence report, accredited factory audit or guarantee of future performance. Documents supplied by a company are labelled as such.

## Can you contact a supplier outside Shenzhen?

Remote Chinese-language contact can be considered for suppliers elsewhere in China. On-site work depends on the exact address, access, timing and local availability.

## Can we start with one supplier?

Yes. A narrowly scoped first task lets you assess the usefulness of the report before discussing further sourcing or follow-up work.
